GANBEI JULEP

Ganbei Julep:
– 30ml Moutai
– 30ml Coconut & White Chocolate Tea
– 10ml Rose Syrup
– 10ml Green Mango Puree
Build over Crushed ice and garnish with coconut, mint & orientally appropriate Tchotchkes.
 
 

The REPEATER RIFLE

The Repeater Rifle:
– 60ml Moutai
– 60ml Sourdough Syrup
– 100ml Pineapple Yeast-charged Dubonnet
– 100ml Mandarin Juice
– 6 Dashes 5-Spice bitters
Throw ingredients and pour into serving vessel over chunk ice, garnish with pineapple skin, mint and mandarin.
 

THE LUNAR MILE

The Lunar Mile:
– 30ml Moutai
– 20ml Fernet Branca
– 10ml Egg White
– 30ml Lemon Juice
– 1ml Sugar Syrup
– 20ml Orange Blossom
– 15ml Blueberry Syrup
 
 

RED SKY AT NIGHT

Red Sky At Night:
– 45ml of Kweichow Moutai
– 15ml St Germain
– 15ml Lemon Juice
– 5ml Simple Syrup
– 1 dash Angostura Bitters
– 15ml Egg White
– 2 dashes Fee Brothers Chocolate Bitters
– 6 bar spoons Capsicum Puree
– Glassware: Coupette
– Garnish: Cracked Pepper

Banana Dynasty:
– Moutai Flying Fairy 40ml
– Giffards Banane Du Bresil 20ml
– La Quintyne Vermouth Royal, Rouge 15ml
– 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
 
 
 

 


THE VOYAGER

The Voyager:
– Moutai 40 ml
– Ancho Reyes chilli liqueur 10ml
– Pineapple juice 30ml
– Juice of one lemon
– Green tea 45ml
– Almond milk 45ml
– Demerara sugar 5ml
 

 


TAI PAN

Tai Pan:
– 40ml Moutai Flying Fairy
– 2.5ml Agave syrup
– 25ml Tempus Fugit Quinaquina
– 2.5ml PokPok pineapple drinking vinegar
Glassware: Mezcal rinsed Glencairn glass

-Garnish: Pomegranate molasses calligraphy and pickled pineapples
 
 


QING DYNASTY

Qing Dynasty:
– 30ml Maotai
– 15ml Suze
– 1 Barspoon Averna
– Half a dropper of Bittermans Boston Bitters
– 3 Dashes Amargo Bitters
– 2 Barspoons Maple Syrup
– 2 Bar-spoons Maraschino Syrup
– Lemon zest

BUDDHAS PALM PUNCH OF FURY

Buddhas Palm Punch of Fury:
– 40ml Kweichow Moutai.
– 20ml Australian Pepperberry Rapid Infused Fino Sherry
– 15ml Lime Juice
– 30ml Blood Orange Juice
– 10ml or 5 Spiced Ironbark Honey (Pink Pepper, Allspice, Oris Root, Coriander Seeds, Tonka Beans)


THE FLYING MONKEY

The Flying Monkey:
– 30ml Moutai Flying Fairy
– 20ml white Creme de cacao
– 5 ml absinthe
– 30ml Yoosh aloe vera drink, lychee flavour
– 5ml fresh lemon juice
– 5ml sugar syrup
– Carved large cube
 


SILK ROAD

Silk Road:
– 30ml Moutai
– 20ml White crème de cacao
– 20ml Lemon juice
– Barspoon of Luxardo Maraschino
– Barspoon Absinthe
– 2 dashes Celery bitters
